General Assembly (AGM) is the supreme and policy making body of the IFKSF Comprising Affiliate members in good standing and the active life members entitled to attend and vote which meets once a year here after called International Congress.
The management and control of the Federation shall be vested in the Executive Board, who shall be the Governing Body of the Federation and who may exercise all such powers and do all such acts and things as the Federation. The Executive Board members will be elected by the General Assembly for a period of four years during its International Congress. The Executive Board shall meet not less than once in every twelve months of each calendar year for the transaction of business.
Executive Committee members will be appointed by the Executive Board for a period as prescribed by the Board. It is mandatory that the candidate must be either a member in good standing of Friends of Flying Kick ‘Martial Art Sport’ or an active member or nominated by the affiliate Associations. The Executive Board will constitute other Committees also consisting of its members together with or without members of the Federation for the administration of the Federation as and when required.
Advisory Board comprising experienced Flying Kick ‘Martial Art Sport’ personals, former IFKSF officials, supporters and prominent administrators will be appointed by the Executive Board for guiding and for seeking advices for the functioning of the Executive Committee.
